This coffee comes from the Sagara washing station in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia.
Grown at elevations between 1860–2160 meters, the highland climate allows cherries to mature slowly, developing elegant and vibrant flavors.
The cup opens with delicate white florals and bright bergamot citrus. Lime adds freshness, followed by notes of black plum and red pomelo sweetness. The profile is balanced, clean, and finishes long.
