Produced by Arce Diaz at El Nogal Farm in Cajamarca, Peru, this washed Caturra is grown at elevations between 1,800 and 1,900 meters.
The cup opens with citrus brightness and red plum sweetness, followed by notes of apple and sweet cashew. A rounded body and candy-like finish create a balanced and approachable profile.
Clean, sweet and comfortable, it is an excellent coffee for daily enjoyment.
