Coffee Story

Ripe fruit first, warmth to follow.

Amber Apricot opens with aromas of dried apricot and brown sugar, leading into ripe stone fruit, citrus and a distinctly jammy apricot sweetness.

White pomelo brings a brighter, cleaner lift through the middle of the cup. As the coffee cools, the profile becomes rounder and warmer, moving toward maple-like sweetness and a soft, full finish reminiscent of roasted sweet potato.

Grown at approximately 1,700 meters at Los Cipreses in Costa Rica's Chirripó Valley, this Catuai lot is processed using the Red Honey method. The resulting cup brings together ripe fruit character, citrus brightness and a layered sweetness that develops beautifully as the temperature changes.

A lovely choice for drinkers who enjoy fruit-forward coffees but prefer rounded sweetness over aggressively bright acidity. We especially recommend enjoying it as a slow pour-over and following the cup as it cools.
