Oscar Ramirez Vasquez is a coffee producer from San Antonio, Huabal. Oscar grows mostly catuai variety, along with some areas of the farm dedicated to caturra and castillo varieties. Due to microclimate and varieties he grows the coffee tends to perform a lot better as a natural and through controlled natural processing he has elevated his cup scores from 84 to consistently reaching 87. This lot is a microlot of Oscar's caturra variety which tends to perform better in the cup that the rest of his varieties. This coffee was first picked and washed before being dried on rasied beds for around 25 to 30 days.
